About this event

As a founder or cofounder leading a high-growth company, your business will likely reach a point where team expansion is necessary to continue on a trajectory of success, if it hasn’t already. There are several key factors that should go into the strategy behind hiring and retaining talent when you’re looking to scale up. The final choices you make about who is on your team, the roles they fill, and how best to manage and support them through their work will be key determinants in the continued growth and success of your business.

In partnership with BPM, we are thrilled to be joined by Jill Pappenheimer, Partner at BPM, and Stacy Litteral, Managing Director in HR Consulting Services at BPM, for a compelling discussion on how your business can leverage talent acquisition and retention to scale up. With the knowledge you’ll gain, your business will be able to make the most of its investment into talent, and the individuals on your team will have the tools and support they need to thrive alongside it!

Key Takeaways:

  • Best practices for hiring in the early stages of business
  • How to efficiently leverage HR technology for better employee experience
  • How to motivate a distributed team and lead them to success
