Ruth Ann Michnay is an enrolled agent, and a United States Tax Court Practitioner, has a practice in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she concentrates in tax representation, tax preparation (individual and small businesses), and accounting services/consulting. She served on the American Institute of CPAs’ Advocacy & Relations Committee (formerly IRS Practice and Procedures Committee, 2012–2015 and 2004–2007) and published articles in AICPA The Tax Adviser and the MN CPA Footnote. Ruth Ann teaches for the University of Minnesota Income Tax Course (2003 to current). She has been an adjunct professor for twelve years at Metropolitan State University and periodically for several other Universities and colleges in the area.
